01 / THE WORKFLOW

The Shopify changelog is global.
Your impact queue should be app-specific.

01

Map each app

Register the app type, API version, client, and Shopify surfaces for up to 10 apps.

02

Match verified changes

Deterministic matching separates action-required, review, and monitor items for every app profile.

03

Alert and report

Send new matches to one Slack channel, then open a clean readiness report for client delivery.

02 / LIVE SAMPLE

A migration queue,
not another inbox.

Each record links back to Shopify's own documentation. Facts, suggested actions, and unknowns stay visibly separate.

04 / AGENCY LITE

Monitor ten apps.
Pay three dollars.

A deliberately focused agency plan: app-specific change monitoring, one Slack destination, and standardized client reporting without repository access or per-client AI runs.

  • Up to 10 Shopify app profiles
  • App-specific impact queue and Slack alerts
  • Client-ready readiness report plus CSV, JSON, and ICS
  • Cancel any month before renewal

Or $30/year. Available to the first 100 customers. Your founding price stays locked while the subscription remains active.

Stripe handles payment details. Cancel before renewal; access follows the subscription status.
05 / TRUST BOUNDARY

Source before summary.
Correction before certainty.

Patchquarter records official capability, requirement, deadline, and replacement guidance. Suggested engineering actions are labeled as interpretation, not as Shopify instructions.

No sponsored ranking. No fabricated testing. No promise that a generic checklist replaces testing against your own app.

06 / FAQ

Shopify change tracking,
without the guesswork.

Answers for agencies evaluating a lightweight Shopify app monitoring service.

What is included in the $3 Agency Lite plan?

Agency Lite includes profiles for up to 10 Shopify apps, one Slack alert destination, app-specific impact matching, a standardized client readiness report, and complete CSV, JSON, and ICS exports.

How does app-specific matching work?

For each app, you declare its type, current API version, and Shopify surfaces. Patchquarter compares those signals with every verified change and separates action-required, review, and monitor items.

Do I need to keep Codex or my computer running?

No. Patchquarter checks official Shopify sources on its own schedule in the cloud. When a new verified change matches one of your app profiles, it can post to your connected Slack channel automatically.

Does Patchquarter scan client repositories?

No. Agency Lite uses only the app profile you provide. It does not read source code, open pull requests, or store client repositories. Those heavier workflows are intentionally outside the $3 plan.

Does Patchquarter replace Shopify documentation or app testing?

No. Every change links to first-party Shopify evidence. Patchquarter turns that evidence into a planning queue, but each team must validate the impact against its own implementation before deployment.
