Terms of service

Patchquarter Agency Lite is a recurring digital information service for Shopify agencies and app teams. It provides source-linked change records, app-profile impact matching, Slack alerts, standardized client reports, calendars, and machine-readable files.

Subscription

The founding plan renews monthly at US$3 or annually at US$30 until canceled. It is limited to the first 100 subscribing accounts, and the founding price remains locked while the subscription stays continuously active. Prices, taxes, and renewal timing are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid period.

Use and limitations

You may create up to 10 app profiles, connect one Slack destination, and use the standardized reports and files within your own organization or client delivery team. Agency Lite does not scan source repositories, make code changes, or guarantee that profile-based matching detects every implementation detail. You may not resell, republish, or build a competing dataset from the service. Patchquarter is independent from Shopify and does not replace testing, legal advice, or Shopify's official documentation.

Service changes

Sources, schedules, and interpretations can change. Material corrections are recorded transparently. We may suspend access for abuse, payment failure, or unlawful use.

Staging notice: the legal operator name, business address, and support address must be confirmed before public launch.
